How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7 days, but normal shipping time is between 6–10 working days. You'll get a tracking link in your inbox the moment it ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order over $150.
What's your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Are your pieces printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. Always. Prints crack, fade, and peel — embroidery doesn't. It's stitched into the fabric to outlast the trend cycle.
What are the pieces made from?
Heavyweight cotton with embroidered detailing. Built with weight and structure you can feel — made to be worn for years, not seasons.
Why aren't you the cheapest?
We're not the cheapest — and that's the point. Heavyweight cotton and embroidery cost more to make, and they last. Buy fewer, better pieces and the cost per wear drops every time you reach for them.
How do I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Hang dry. Skip the bleach. Treat the fabric right and the cotton and stitching stay sharp for years.
